Mike Ryan, Managing Partner
In 1988, Mike started his IT career at American Management Systems where he quickly progressed from developer to software architect and then to project manager. Mike left AMS in 1994 to launch an independent consulting business and spent the next three years working on ground-based satellite data systems for NASA and building telecommunication systems. In 1997, he founded Tiger Team and began to recruit colleagues and take on larger projects. In addition to running the company, Mike is a hands-on software engineer who enjoys complex system development and continues to play a central role in many TTC projects. Mike’s personal and professional interest in genetics and biotechnology led him to completion of a master’s degree in Bioinformatics from George Mason University in early 2006.

Linda Ryan, Operations Manager
Before joining Tiger Team, Linda spent nine years at American Management Systems where she worked in the telecommunications group as a system tester and later as a senior developer. Linda is now in charge of all aspects of Tiger Team’s day-to-day operations including payroll, benefits, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and facilities management. It is Linda’s tenacity and deep commitment to the company that keeps Tiger Team running smoothly.

Kevin Ringham, Managing Partner
Starting in 1990, Kevin’s career path has included systems programming at NCR and AT&T, developing and architecting commercial software applications at AMS, assuming lead and project management roles on various independent contracts, and in 1997 led him to Tiger Team. Along the way, Kevin honed an eye for detail and the ability to see matters from a client's perspective. Perhaps most importantly, he learned that it’s the people that make or break every effort. TTC has provided a platform into which Kevin can incorporate his affinity for staff development, entrepreneurial growth, and new technology. In addition to TTC management, Kevin continues to offer a combination of hands-on development and technical leadership to our clients. Kevin has a degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.

Linda Grote, Business Development Director
Linda began her career doing software development, first at IBM Federal Systems and later at SRA International. After building significant subject matter expertise in financial services and securities trading, Linda went into product management at Mantas, Inc. While there, Linda discovered a preference for positions that leverage her technical background, decision making capabilities, and creative thinking. In 2005, the search for a new role that combined all these skills brought her to Tiger Team.
