I have worked with Tiger Team on multiple Raytheon projects, the most recent being the creation of the Law Enforcement National Data Exchange (N-DEx) system for FBI Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS). N-DEx is a system which enables information sharing across the criminal justice community to include local, state, tribal and federal partners. The initial N-DEx contract had a value of $135M over 5 years and was bid Fixed Price. Tiger Team provided critical resources with both the technical expertise to help us implement an open, scalable, standards-based architecture as well as the knowledge to help us adopt Agile software development practices that met the requirements imposed by the FBI’s software project lifecycle processes. The project team delivered all required functionality on budget and received several prestigious awards including the 2011 Association for Enterprise Information (AFEI) Enterprise Integration Award for excellence and innovation.
